Our Classes

Small Group Ex

Cardio based workout, working in multi movement strength exercises . We use kettle bells
 and dumbells, combined with cardiovascular and flexibility training. All to to essentially work your body in every way possible. This activity helps by creating great balance for you.

A Traditional lifting class, emphasizing form on basics such as, deadlifts, bench press, lat pull downs, etc. Lifting is an amazing way to get a workout in. While it helps develop muscle ,
it is also known to get rid of fats. Adding this to a workout regimen could really help push your workout over the edge. 

Basic strength training, balance drills and gaining flexibility. This is a great class whether you're looking to gain confidence for our other classes offered or safely exercise under instruction. Become more functional so you will have to worry less about working  around the house, with grandkids etc.
