Condition

This small group classes is a cardio based workout, working in multi movement strength exercises. We use kettle bells and dumbells, combined with cardiovascular and flexibility training. All to to essentially work your body in every way possible. This activity helps by creating great balance for you.

Lift

A traditional lifting small group class, emphasizing form on basics such as, deadlifts, bench press, lat pull downs, etc. Lifting is an amazing way to get a workout in. While it helps develop muscle, it is also known to get rid of fat. Adding this to a workout regimen could really help push your workout to the next level. 

Active Aging Fitness

Basic strength training, balance drills and gaining flexibility. This is a great small group class whether you're looking to gain confidence for our other classes offered or safely exercise under instruction. Become more functional so you will have to worry less about working  around the house, with grandkids etc.
