Small Group Training | Traditional Lifting Class
The weight room at a gym is intimidating for lots of people, especially if you’re just getting started on your fitness journey. All the different machines, equipment, and types of weights can be overwhelming. In fact, “gymtimidation” is one of the biggest reasons people quit the gym; that's why we began our lifting classes at Inspire Fitness Studio!
We want to empower people of all ages to feel comfortable lifting weights and make their fitness goals attainable. Whether you’re new to lifting or have been doing it years and just want variation in your routine, our small group training lifting classes are for everyone!

It’s a motivating and uplifting atmosphere that will push you even harder than if you were working out alone.
Our certified personal trainers lead the class and constantly walk around correcting form and ensuring everyone is doing the exercises correctly. This is especially important as it helps to prevent injury as a result of bad form.
Our classes will teach you the basics of lifting, allowing you to progress at your own pace, continually challenging yourself with something new each week. We keep our classes fun and interesting, always introducing new exercises so you’ll never plateau or get bored!
